How long does order processing take?

Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day. After processing, your order will be prepared for shipment and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that processing times may vary during high demand periods, but rest assured, we always work diligently to get your order to you promptly.
What if I entered my address wrongly?
If you realize that you've entered your address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at Hello@awesomesips.com or whatsapp us.
We can correct the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to alter the delivery details.
In such cases, we recommend that you contact the shipping carrier directly to request a change of delivery address. Please ensure your address details are correct at the time of ordering to avoid any delays or complications with your delivery.
What's your standard shipping time?
You will receive your item typically around 2 to 3 business days after processing. We work with Ninja Van to ensure prompt and reliable delivery of your order. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its status and estimated delivery date.

What’s your return policy?
You are welcome to return unopened items to us within 30 days of your purchase date for a full product refund. However, if you choose to return a product, you will be responsible for shipping costs as well as a return processing fee.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges once they have been opened. If you happen to receive the wrong item, please contact us within one business day, and we will arrange for a replacement.
